SHIPPING INFORMATION

For orders within Denmark, we ship packages via Post Nord.
Packages will arrive at your local postoffice within 2-5 working days from order confirmation.

For orders within the EU, we ship packages via Post Nord. Packages will arrive within 4-6 days from order confirmation

WARRANTY

All products are covered by Danish law, and thereby have a 24-month warranty, which includes manufacturing or material defects which may occur under normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover damage, malfunction or wear that is caused by poor maintenance, improper use or wear and tear.

RETURNS

All products are covered by Danish law, regarding rights of withdrawal and returns when online shopping.

Return costs are paid by the buyer.

In order to return your goods, you have to give us notice within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

This is done via e-mail to mail@aucopenhagen.com

Wrap the goods safely as they were received and send to the address. We will not accept returns if they are not wrapped carefully or if hangtags or labels are removed. When the goods are received and the return is accepted, we will return the purchase amount to your account. Please note, that we will only refund to the credit card products have been purchased with.
